Jeune Lune’s “The Deception” video trailer

Theatre de la Jeune Lune Marketing Director Scot Covey wanted to create a video trailer for the theater's production of "The Deception." Scot marked a script with particular sequences which I shot during a rehearsal.

The actors performed the rehearsal from beginning to end, making no adjustments for the camera. Some luck was involved in getting a good angle and good audio on any particular shot, since actors would move all around the stage.

Scot's idea was to give theater-goers the tools to tell their friends about the show. The YouTube video succeeded in doing that. The show received great reviews and word-of-mouth which led to several sold-out performances and an extended run.
